  • Lost or Damaged Shipments

    While lost or damaged shipments are extremely rare, we cannot replace unused or unexposed film that is lost or damaged during shipping. We price our film with very small profit margins—often only slightly above our cost—which does not allow us to absorb the cost of replacing lost or damaged merchandise.

    If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier and file a claim on your behalf whenever possible. While approval of a claim is solely at the carrier's discretion, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with the claims process.

    If the carrier approves the claim, any compensation paid by the carrier will be forwarded to the customer or applied toward replacement merchandise, depending on the circumstances. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any replacement order.

    Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, it is in the carrier's possession and outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs while the package is in transit, including damage caused by accidents or mishandling by the shipping carrier.

    We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, please retain all packaging materials and contact both the shipping carrier and us promptly so we can begin the claims process as quickly as possible.

  • Like Everything, The price of dirt has gone up too. We are here to provide film at a lower price point lower than most other stores.

  • Our film ships within 1 to 2 business days Film purchased on Friday or Saturday or Sunday before 9pm will be shipped Monday morning. We are usually closed the first 2 weeks of August for vacation. Any film purchased while we are closed will not ship till we return.

  • This website is a work in progress, it will be updated every few weeks for the newest products

  • Our website is open 24/7 however we only do shipping Monday -Thursday.

  • We recommend Andrew’s Analog Service Center for developing your film.

  • We stock only 35mm and 120 film. You may place a special request for large format 4x5 and get it for near dealer prices.

  • All Pennsylvania residents must pay 6% Sales Tax. Customers outside of Pennsylvania currently don’t have to pay sales tax, this may change in the future on a state-by-state bases.

  • Shipping is per item with a base rate of $3.50 and an additional .25 cents per item added. 

  • All of the ECN-2 film we sell has the REMJET coating unless otherwise noted as being AHU. The AHU film can be safely processed by most labs.
